Emotion Focused Therapy
A structured therapy that uses guided eye movements or other forms of bilateral stimulation to help the brain reprocess traumatic memories.
Schema Therapy

Evidence-Based Therapy Modalities

“There is no one-size-fits-all when it comes to healing. Each person’s journey is unique, and so too should be the support they receive.”

That’s why we draw on a variety of evidence-based therapies—from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Mindfulness-Based CBT, to EFT ‘Tapping’, Exposure Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy. These proven approaches are tailored to your needs, ensuring your treatment plan feels both practical and empowering.
