Evidence-Based Therapy Modalities

There is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. Each person’s journey is unique, and so too should be the support they receive.

That’s why we draw on a variety of evidence-based therapies, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT/Tapping), Schema Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR). These modalities are tailored to your individual needs.
